Going forward, tickets will need to be forwarded to learningdevelopment@doc.gov should the user’s issue fall under Non-Data Feed Issue (course related issues, certificates, SF-182, external training, ILTs, and VILTs).


Should a user need assistance with a Data Feed Issue (account issues, i.e. inactive accounts, information not updating, and issues that involve data feed, etc.) please forward to dmills@eskillz.com and ncrubaugh@eskillz.com

Once the ticket has been forwarded to the admins, provide the following response and set the ticket as closed.
